Sharp Smart Plan – incorporates service maintenance billed as a fixed payment over the agreement term. The service maintenance is charged on agreed cost per print based on minimum print volumes per month. Extra prints are charged by the servicing agent separately.

Smart Solution – Print services agreement that incorporates hardware and service billing components to be billed to the customer based on agreed cost per print and volume as well as the excess usage billed into a single invoice. Options to bill minimum or actual copies, monthly (monthly charge minimums and overs) or quarterly reconciliation, (billed minimums for month 1, 2 with reconciliation of usage month 3).
