40PPM A4 Mono MFD with DSPF
The MX-B428W is a compact A4 B/W MFP that offers standard wireless connectivity and a host of productivity features that suits the needs of any work environment. Offering print speeds of up to 40ppm and super fast scan speeds of up to 92opm, productivity stays high and ensures your data is printed or captured in no time at all.

Easy-to-Use Interface
Operating this MXB428W is easy and intuitive with the 4.3-inch colour LCD touchscreen. In Easy UI mode, the touchscreen displays simple icons for frequently used functions. And with the Preview function*, you can check the finish of a print and scan job in advance. * Requires optional 57X9528.
Duplex Single Pass Feeder
The MXB428W’s DSPF (duplex single pass feeder) scans both pages of two-sided documents in one pass—in batches of up to 50 sheets. With a scanning speed of up to 46 opm (BW one-sided) or 92 opm (BW two-sided), the MXB428W can finish large projects with ease and efficiency
Versatile Paper Handling
The MXB428W has a standard paper capacity of 350 sheets, which can be expanded to 900 sheets. The main paper tray and multipurpose feeder handle a wide variety of paper, including cardstock, envelopes, and small media like A6-size paper.

The printer driver setup window features a simple design that includes larger buttons and drop-down menus, making it easier than ever to use printer functions.
Solid Security
A wide range of security features help to keep your information safe, whether it’s in a document, on the device, or over your network. The Trusted Platform Module (TPM) provides authentication, system integrity checks, and advanced encryption capabilities. As well as improving security for certificates and encryption keys, TPM adds an extra layer of protection by storing hard drive encryption keys separately from your data.
Cloud Service Connectivity
Directly from its control panel, the MFD can connect to popular cloud services such as OneDrive for Business, Google Drive™, Box, and Dropbox. You can easily scan/upload to or print directly from the cloud service.
Multiple Scan Destinations
Scanned documents can be distributed in a number of ways. For example, they can be sent as email attachments or they can be scanned directly to an FTP server for storage. An optional compact PDF function ensures that PDF files are sent and received smoothly.
Convert Documents via OCR
The optional OCR capability on this MFD lets you convert a scanned document into a searchable PDF file or into an editable Microsoft® Office Word file. This means you can do speedy text searches, even with large-volume documents, and you can easily copy and paste text data into other applications.

Business Products Warranty Statement
This Sharp product is warranted against faults in material and manufacture for 12 months.
In the event of any defect arising in the equipment during the warranty period, such repairs should only be carried out by the Dealer from which the unit was originally purchased or a Service Centre approved by Sharp to service this type of equipment These repairs would be carried out at no charge to the owner, subject to the conditions specified herein.
This warranty does not extend to defects or injuries caused by or resulting from causes not attributable to faulty parts or the manufacture of the product, including but not limited to, defect or injury caused by or resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, accidental damage, improper voltage, liquid spillage, vermin infestation, software, or any alterations made to the product which are not authorised by Sharp.
Please retain your sales documentation, as this should be produced to validate a warranty claim. This warranty is in addition to and in no way limits, varies or excludes any implied rights and remedies under any relevant legislation in the country of sale.
Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods. The repair of your goods may result in the loss of user generated data, please ensure that you have saved this data elsewhere prior to repair.
