28PPM A3 B&W MFD with RSPF
The BP30M28 A3 Mono MFD is ideal for any busy workgroup that needs high-performance, high-quality output and versatility; with the options and upgrades on offer making it adaptable to your future needs.
It comes with a range of robust security features to keep your data and network safe including access control, data encryption and a self-healing firmware system. The BP30M28 also uses Sharp’s latest energy-saving technology. A rapid warm up time, low power consumption and low TEC value all aim to save money and support your environmental objectives.
7-Inch Colour LCD Touchscreen
Operating the BP30M28 is easy and intuitive with the 7.0-inch colour LCD touchscreen. Just tap your dedicated user icon to access a personally customised operation screen. And with the Advanced Preview function, you can check document finishes, edit pages in advance, and more.
Automatic Document Feeding
An RSPF (reversing single pass feeder) efficiently feeds in up to 100 sheets of either one- or two-sided originals. With a scanning speed of up to 60 opm* (one-sided) for both colour and B/W documents, the BP30M28 can complete large jobs with ease and efficiency.
Cloud Services *
Access popular cloud services such as Microsoft® OneDrive™ for Business, SharePoint® Online, Google Drive™, Box and Dropbox with Sharp’s Cloud Connectors. Once you log in, its single sign-on feature allows you to quickly access multiple software services without having to sign in to each one separately. And with Sharp’s Application Portal, administrators can install or update apps directly via the MFP operation panel. *MXAMX2 required.
Link with Mobile Devices *
Connecting the BP30M28 to mobile devices is easy. With the optional Wireless LAN adaptor, not only can you send scanned documents to mobile devices, you can also print documents or photos sent from those devices. The Sharpdesk Mobile print/scan app also lets you easily link your mobile device to the MFP by simply scanning the MFPs QR Code®. *MXAMX2 required
Multiple Scan Destinations
Scanned documents can be distributed in a number of ways. The optional compact PDF function ensures that PDF files are sent and received smoothly. When you’re scanning large-volume documents, the BP30M28 saves the data on its solid-state drive and generates a URL for accessing and downloading that data. You can then email recipients this URL, thereby reducing the load on the mail server.
Convert Documents via OCR
The optional OCR capability on this MFD lets you convert a scanned document into a searchable PDF file or into an editable Microsoft® Office Word file. This means you can do speedy text searches, even with large-volume documents, and you can easily copy and paste text data into other applications.
Multi-Layered Security
Multi-layered, leading-edge security features provide enhanced protection and help businesses stay one step ahead of hackers and malicious network intruders. Manage your print security and protect your confidential information whether it is being printed, copied, scanned, faxed, stored, or shared over your network. The standard End-of-Lease feature can also erase all data and personal information at trade-in time.
Sharp OSA®*
Sharp OSA® technology allows you to interact with intra-company systems and network applications right from the LCD control panel. And since Sharp OSA® utilises industry-standard network protocols, the BP30M28 can easily integrate with third-party document management systems, enterprise resource planning software, workflow applications, and more. *Requires optional MXAMX2 and/or MXAMX3
